All preschool families are invited

to the Annual MPC-CDC Picnic!

Friday, May 24th at 11:00am

Pickup time is 11:00 for all classes.

The all school picnic begins at 11:00.

Please bring a picnic lunch for your family as well as chairs 

or a blanket to sit on.  

Cake and oreo cookies will be provided.

The last Scholastic order forms for the 2012-2013 school year have been sent home.  Please take a few minutes to look through them and order books for your summer reading!   Remember every time you order a book your home library is growing!

Summer Camps

Get ready to have some fun this summer with your friends at Matthews Presbyterian CDC!

Registration began this week and classes are filling up FAST!  

The Toddler/2s class for July is already on a waiting list!  

Remember that these camps are first come first serve.

Week 1: June 4, 5, 6  Red, White & Blue
Week 2: July 9, 10, 11 Camping
Week 3: August 6, 7, 8 Outer Space

All camp days are from 9am-noon.  The cost is $65 each week.  

You may sign up for 1, 2, or all 3 weeks depending on availability.  

Registration and payment for all three sessions is due by May 15, 2013.

Signs of Spring

The preschool children had a great time seeing a few signs of spring today.  

Pastor Emily brought in baby chicks and worms to share with our children.  

They learned that some of the chicks will grow up to lay blue eggs, like Easter eggs.  

The children couldn't believe there were over 5,000 worms in the small tub.  

It was an exciting day at preschool!

Picture Proofs Are Back!!

 Quiet Expressions did a FABULOUS job

capturing the personalities of your little ones! 

Take a moment to look at the beautiful framed sample photos 

at the preschool entrance. 

The colors will be more vivid in the

purchased pictures

than they are in the proofs.

There is a collage that is offered on the order form.  It is an 11x14 of 3-7 proofs.  The layout is better if at least one of those pictures is horizontal and it’s also better if you use an odd number of proofs.

Please return all proofs and picture order forms by Friday, April 19^th.

Black and white candids and colored class pictures will be taken. 

Sibling pictures will begin at 8:45am on both days.
