Registration Clarification
It seems a bit crazy to start the registration for the fall in January. This “system” is completed by most part-time Charlotte preschools; it allows for staff and budget preparations as well as ease of mind for families.
HOW/WHERE
· Monday, January 30 currently enrolled students may register for the fall.
Registration forms will be placed on the sign in tables and on clip boards upstairs. A registration form needs to be completed for each child. Then you bring the form along with your non-refundable registration fee to the preschool office. Mary or Heather will receive your form and add your child’s name to the class list and make a copy of the registration form for you to bring home.
On May 1st a registration packet will be sent home for you to complete and return. We need all completed registration packets no later than Open House in the fall, they will gladly be accepted in May. A new Physician's Statement/Immunization Record is needed annually.
· Tuesday, January 31, 2012
New siblings to our program may enroll. The process is the same as currently enrolled but different day.
· Wednesday, February 1
Our registration process opens to the public.
FYI
· $50 referral reward is still available but you won’t receive the money until the school year starts in the fall.
· Registration fees:
$75 non church member
$50 church member
$37.50 for each additional sibling
